Kalrit: Yeah because if the filing implication was significant damage to the entirety and you could prove the 'entirety' was an exageration then you've called their credibility into question, which tends to fuck up a case

My landlord is trying to do it right now with inspections every 2 weeks - a clear violation of the tenant right to privacy and quiet enjoyment. When I stood against them for it they decided to charge a late fee to my rent - paid on the fifth with agrace period through the fifth, sot he fee is illegal, then they ignored a maintenence request and left it sitting even though it's a critical electrical issue and laughed about it - so right now the housing authority lawyers say it looks like pretty cut and dry retaliation as well

Kalrit: I requested a copy of my lease agreement since they jsut bought the building - it appears they don't have it, which might be another llegal issue for them
